Designing is the first step of the process. Without a thorough design, Schutte Excavating can’t begin to plan or construct.
After the design phase, Schutte Excavating begins to plan. This entails obtaining permits, complying with ordinances, and more.
Finally, it is time to begin construction! Our tailored workforce begins turning a design into a reality through expert work.
It takes a hardworking, reliable, and diverse
workforce to achieve the level of workmanship we
strive for here at Schutte Excavating. Several
different classifications we use are:
Unskilled who perform manual work and willing to learn.
Skilled Tradesman working in building trades.
Skilled in the operation of heavy and light equipment or machines.
Supervisor of work activities.
CAD design and 3D model building.
CDL
Ability to work on heavy equipment.
